Terms of Agreement

The Shadow Side of the Feminine free workshop series and Embodying Erotic Intelligence workshop are provided by Maanee Chrystal Curations, Inc. of 651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA, trading as the Somatic Institute for Women.

DEFINITIONS

"Workshop organisers" or "organisers" means Maanee Chrystal Curations, Inc. and its employees, representatives and affiliates.

"Workshop materials" means any and all collateral provided to participants before and throughout the course, including but not limited to PDF documents; knowledge, tools and practices transmitted during live sessions; audio or video content shared; any imagery used within these mediums where copyright is not attributed to an external source.

"Workshop tools and practices" is included in the definition of  "workshop materials" above.

GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT

1. You understand that you are entirely responsible for your own personal safety, health, and mental, physical, emotional, and general well-being during and after all workshop sessions.

2. You understand furthermore that Maanee Chrystal Curations, Inc. is not an organisation licensed to give medical advice, and as such any knowledge gained from participating in this offering does not constitute medical advice for you as a participant, or for any of your own clients with whom you apply the knowledge gained.

3. By proceeding with payment for either life time access to the Shadow Side of the Feminine workshops, or access to the Embodying Erotic Intelligence workshop, you release the course organisers and providers, their representatives, and any of their employees, assistants, and affiliates, of any liability for any injuries or damages mentally or physically you or any of those close to you might incur during or after the training.

4. All personal communications & shares made by participants in the training will be held in strict confidence unless agreed upon directly with the course organisers.

5. The practice of the tools and practices provided in the workshops is not an exact science and so predictions of the effects of the training and the implementation of the tools and practices provided are not precise or guaranteed. By consenting to these terms, you acknowledge that you understand this and that no guarantees have been made to you by the organisers as to the impact of these tools and practices.

6. Registration for the Shadow Side of the Feminine workshops or the Embodying Erotic Intelligence workshop must be done individually. Fees are due per person taking part and the content and materials are not to be shared with any third party without the prior consent of the organisers.

7. Lifetime access to the material, if purchased, is gained by downloading the material via a link sent to you after purchase. You acknolwedge that you are responsible for downloading and storing this material for your fututrre enjoyment.Whilst Maanee Chrystal Curations Inc. will make this link available for as long as possible, it will not be available indefinitely and failure to download the materials in a timely manner may result in your losing access in future. Access to the materials will not be restored or facilitated in another way should you not have downloaded them upon gaining access.

​REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

1. Maanee Chrystal Curations, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a program at any time, for any reason, prior to the commencement of the offering, in the event of which you will receive a full refund.

2. No refunds will be given under the rare circumstances of Force Majeure Causes (included but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, severe weather conditions, epidemic, earthquakes or other acts of God).

3. In the event of your cancellation at any point after purchase, no fees will be refunded.

4. Your booking is not transferable to another person or another course or offering.
