Somatic Educator for Women Alumni Program
Terms of Agreement

The Somatic Educator for Women Alumni Program is provided by Maanee Crystal Curations, Inc. of 651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA.


"Program organisers/providers" means Maanee Chrystal Curations, Inc. and its employees, representatives and affiliates.

"Program materials" means any and all collateral provided to participants before and throughout the course, including but not limited to PDF documents; knowledge, tools and practices transmitted during course live sessions by the course providers or guest teachers/facilitators; audio or video content shared on the course training platform; in the course training manual; and any imagery used within these mediums where copyright is not attributed to an external source.

"Program tools and practices" is included in the definition of "course materials" above.

"Program commencement date" means the date of the first live call in the Program.

"Program closing date" means the date of the Closing Call.


  1. You understand that you are entirely responsible for your own personal safety, health, and mental, physical, emotional, and general well-being during and after the program.

  2. You understand furthermore that Maanee Chrystal Curations, Inc. is not an organisation licensed to give medical advice, and as such any knowledge gained from participating in the program does not constitute medical advice for you as a participant, or for any of your own clients or others with whom you apply the knowledge gained.

  3. You understand furthermore that Maanee Chrystal Curations, Inc. is not an organisation licensed to give financial of legal advice of any kind, and as such and knowledge gained from participating in the program does not constitute financial or legal advice for you and your business.

  4. By proceeding with payment for the Alumni Program, you release the program organisers and providers, their representatives, and any of their employees, assistants, and affiliates, of any liability for any injuries or damages mentally or physically you or any of those close to you might incur during or after the training.

  5. The practice of the tools and practices provided in the Alumni Program is not an exact science and so predictions of the effects of the training and the implementation of the tools and practices provided are not precise or guaranteed. By consenting to these terms, you acknowledge that you understand this; that no guarantees have been made to you by the course providers as to the impact of the course; and that you will not offer any guarantees to your future clients/participants when teaching this work as to the impact of it on them and those around them.

  6. Registration for the Alumni Program must be done individually. Program fees are due per person taking part and the program content and materials are not to be shared with any third party without the prior consent of the program organisers, or until you have completed the program and earned the certification at which point due credit should be given to the Somatic Institute for Women as the source of the information you have received.


  1. Whether you choose to pay in full or via our payment plan, a non-refundable deposit of $300 USD will be included in your total price and will form part of your first payment.

  2. Maanee Chrystal Curations, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a program at any time, for any reason, prior to its commencement, in the event of which you will receive a full refund.

  3. No refunds will be given under the rare circumstances of Force Majeure Causes (included but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, severe weather conditions, epidemic, earthquakes or other acts of God).

  4. Should you as the participant wish to cancel before the commencement of the program, we ask that you inform us in writing by email.

  5. In the event of your cancellation at any point, your $300 USD deposit will be non-refundable.

  6. Should you cancel more than 1 month before the commencement of the program, you will be entitled to a refund of 50 % of any additional payments, on top of the deposit, made to date.

  7. Should you cancel between 2 weeks and 1 month before the commencement of the program, you will be entitled to a refund of 25 % of any additional payments, on top of the deposit, made to date.

  8. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the commencement of the program, should you choose to not participate in the training course, should you leave the program early for any reason, or if you attend a program and are dissatisfied with its presentation and content.

  9. Your booking is not transferable to another person or another course.


  1. Should a planned guest teacher no longer, for any reason, be able to teach on the program, we will endeavour to replace them with another faculty member of equal expertise. A change in the program faculty does not entitle a participant to a refund of the entire or any part of the program fees.

  2. The program content is made available for you to keep for life by downloading it for your own use, not via lifelong online access. The program content will be available to download until the program platforms close shortly after the program closes - it is your responsibility to ensure that you have downloaded all the course content you wish to keep by the time the platforms close and the content is no longer available online.

  3. Under no circumstances is any downloaded program content to be shared with others. Your purchase of the program entitles you to keep the content for your own future reference only.


  1. By taking part in any live calls during the program, you are consenting to these recordings being uploaded to the program platforms for all participants to re-watch and download for their personal use.

  2. In addition, by taking part in the live calls, you are consenting for the program organisers to possibly re-use the recordings of these calls in future iterations of the program, or other offerings/trainings. This will include any comments you make verbally, or through the call chat box if they are read out and footage of you interacting with the teacher or other participants in the call should you choose to do so.


  1. In choosing to sign up for a payment plan, you are committing to completing payment of your program fees by the agreed dates.

  2. Our payment plans are based on automatic payments taken from a payment card for the duration of the plan. When opting for a payment plan please ensure that you have a card that can support your commitment for the duration of the plan.

  3. Should payment of an instalment in your plan be missed for any reason, your access to all program content will be paused until payment of that instalment is complete, after which we will be happy to restore full access to the program content.

  4. Following payment of your first instalment, subsequent payments will be taken monthly on the anniversary date of the first instalment. These future payments will be taken automatically from the payment method you use for your first instalment.

  5. If you have requested a payment plan and decide during the course that you no longer wish to continue participating, your program fees remain due in full on the dates set-out by your payment plan. We are unable to offer refunds of any program fees paid, or to waive any program fees due, once the program has begun.

  6. We do not accept payment plans via bank transfer.

  7. Payment plans are always offered at the discretion of the program providers.
