Somatic Educator for Women 1:1 Upgrade Sessions Terms of Agreement

The Somatic Educator for Women Upgrade offer is provided by Maanee Crystal Curations, Inc. of 651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA.

DEFINITIONS

"Service organisers/providers" means Maanee Chrystal Curations, Inc. and its employees, representatives and affiliates.

"Contract dates" means the dates you are able to book your sessions.

GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT

You understand that you are entirely responsible for your own personal safety, health, and mental, physical, emotional, and general well-being during and after the contract.

You understand furthermore that Maanee Chrystal Curations, Inc. is not an organisation licensed to give medical advice, and as such any knowledge gained from participating in the sessions does not constitute medical advice.

By proceeding with payment for the Somatic Educator for Women 1:1 Upgrade sessions, you release the service organisers and providers, their representatives, and any of their employees, assistants, and affiliates, of any liability for any injuries or damages mentally or physically you or any of those close to you might incur during or after the contract.

Registration for the Somatic Educator for Women 1:1 Upgrade sessions is available for the first 15 women who pay via the payment link. Fees are due prior to commencing the first session and are non-refundable.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Full payment is to be received up front (no payment plans available) and is non-refundable after payment.

Maanee Chrystal Curations, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time, for any reason, prior to the commencement of the sessions, in the event of which you will receive a full refund.

No refunds will be given under the rare circumstances of Force Majeure Causes (included but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, severe weather conditions, pandemic, earthquakes or other acts of God).

Your booking is not transferable to another person or another course.

SESSION RECORDING

You are welcome to record the sessions to keep for your own use.

SESSION DATES

Sessions must be booked & completed between 20 April and 1 December 2023.

Max 1 session per month and it is recommended you spread the 4 sessions throughout the 8 months.

Sessions cannot be extended past November, any unused session will be forfeited.
