Maanee is a Somatic Trauma Psychotherapist and Somatic Educator with over 10 years of experience, known for her unique expertise and transformative approach.
As the visionary founder of The Somatic Institute for Women, Maanee has created a sanctuary for women seeking to reclaim their power and embodiment. Her year-long teacher trainings have empowered and educated over 300 somatic practitioners.
For Maanee, the work of shadow exploration, trauma integration, eco-feminism & somatics extends beyond a mere vocation—it is a form of embodied activism. Sensuality, Trauma & the Nervous System
In this workshop, you will learn the trauma-informed approach to embodying sensuality.
You will receive insight into how trauma manifests in the body & practical tools to regulate your nervous systems and cultivate a sense of somatic safety within yourself.
It is only from a place of embodied safety that we can sincerely expand into the fullness of our sensuality, our pleasure and our power to act in the world.

Somatic practices to embody your sensual nature.
Be guided into somatic practices that will support you to embody sensuality.
Experience a transformative, felt sense of what it’s like to live from a place of embodied pleasure and body-wisdom.

Are the live sessions in-person?Live sessions are held over Zoom.

What if I can't make the live sessions?Every single live session is uploaded to our content portal within 24 hours after the session is recorded, so you can watch the sessions at your own pace in any timezone.

How much time do I need to dedicate to the certification?This course requires approximately 25 - 30 hours/month to complete. The main ways that you will spend your time in the training are: Training Sessions - 3 Hours on Saturday and Sunday, every second weekend Self Practices - 1 - 2 hours/week to apply the learnings from the training sessions Pod calls - once per month for 1.5 hours, in your timezone. You'll choose dates and times with your pod group at the start of the training. Every fourth month is a "rest break" integration period.

Will I receive official certification for this program?Students who complete the course materials and graduate receive official certification from The International Institute of Complementary Therapists, which gives professional credibility and the ability to become insured as a therapist (purchased separately through the IICT).

Can I get a discount if I've already purchased one of the bonuses?The bonuses are not actually part of The Somatic Educator For Women training. They are gifts for the students who join the program. We do not offer discounts on the training to people who already own these products. We do not offer refunds for bonus products purchased prior to the training.
